Some items may not show the ‘+’ icon if the restaurant has run, or if the items are on a time-restricted menu (breakfast menu, or lunch menu, for example).
B. Once you have finalised your choices, click on the 'Checkout' button. You will be asked to sign up as a new customer, or use the details you have previously used to sign in.
C. Sit back and relax as the restaurant cooks your order.
Once the restaurant has provided us with a target collection time, your order will be assigned to a driver, who will make their way to the restaurant.
You can track your order progress at any time by clicking the ‘Log in’ link at the top of the website, and clicking on ‘View order history’.

- The office and delivery staff will operate a "challenge 25" policy whereby any person attempting to buy alcohol who appears under 25 will be asked for photographic ID to prove their age. The only forms of ID accepted are passports, driving licences, Portman Group, Citizen card or validate proof of age cards bearing "pass" mark hologram.
Alcohol will only be delivered to the person who made the order and proof of age will be a mandatory requirement on delivery, the same persons name needs to be on the debit or credit card when used for payment on arrival at the premises. On arrival at the premises, if the person named on the card appears to be under the age of 25, they all be required to show an approved ID prior to the alcohol being handed over. Failure to show the required form of ID will result in the non delivery of the alcohol a refund of that part of the order which relates to alcohol only.
